After the long school summer holiday, teachers often talk about the ‘dip’ some children make in their learning, meaning that they have slipped back a few months. How can you as a parent of carer prevent this from happening? In this practical workshop, we share a bank of ideas and activities that can be undertaken at home, at the park, on the plane or even abroad. These are short, simple and effective activities that you can employ with your child to ensure that learning can continue across all curriculum areas. The focus is on fun and your child won’t even realise they are learning! So, whether on holiday or at home, you can continue to support learning with your child.
Who is this workshop for?
